This is ironic, googling stuff by typing in the address bar using Google’s Chrome browser can sometimes be really slow. In fact, when it happened, it takes forever to load. Nothing can be helped even if you copy the URL and paste it to load again. I am getting frustrated with this problem that happened since few months ago.
This year Google is celebrating christmas with the world. Try searching for “Let It Snow” at google.com and you will see snowflakes start falling from top of the page. Few seconds later, your page will be covered by a layer of snow where you can draw anything you want on the screen. Clicking the blue “Defrost” button will bring the page back to normal, except that snowflakes still continue to fall.
Without doubt, Google is the best search engine in the world because it satisfies all your need – you always get what you want by searching, now it can even do a barrel roll for you if you want one. Open google.com, do a search using either of these sentences
I started to notice this bug when I was playing with my new tool in my tools playground, the HTML Tags Counter. I loaded my site zenverse.net and viewed the HTML source using Google Chrome. Then, I copied and pasted the codes to run an analysis using my own tool. I was “amazed” by the result, I get different errors (different unclosed/unopened tags) almost everytime I reloaded the “view source” page.
I thought what is wrong recently because more than 50% of websites I visited are loading very slow, in fact sometimes they are not being loaded at all. Today, I finally realized that the problem is with Google Chrome browser because when I tried surfing using Firefox, they can be loaded in seconds. Then, I started to play around with Chrome’s preferences until I finally found a fix.
Google recently introduced their own social button just like those we commonly see, such as Facebook Share, Tweet It, Digg It, etc. Just like Facebook and Twitter button that let you share content to your followers or friends, Google +1 button let people who love your content to recommend it on Google search.
