To make your blog looks better, you need to include a manual excerpt for every post (like my blog). You can add that while editing or adding new post. You can, however, leave your excerpt empty and wordpress will automatically make an excerpt for you, but all HTML tags would be auto removed.
Post Thumbnail is a square image of size 125 x 125 pixels, shown at blog index, related posts and search.
Post Image is an image of size 550 x 190 pixels, shown at single post page, below the post title.
To beautify your blog, try to include post thumbnails for every post (if possible).
In most cases, not all your featured posts are in the same category. You can create a new category (let’s say I called it : Featured) and choose it as the “Featured Category” at the theme option page.
Step-by-step guide to activate Featured Gallery
Some users reported that WP-PageNavi plugin causes the sidebar and footer to be missing. If you have WP-PageNavi plugin installed, you should either deactivate the plugin or remove the built-in WP-PageNavi plugin to avoid conflict.
1. You need to install flickrRSS plugin to show your flickr photos at footer.

Not sure if im the only one who saw this or if this is part of the them but if you demo this theme (crossblock) and view the header image, there are diagonal lines behind it. Can that be fixed (assuming its not supposed to be like that.

look for :

Anyway, to fix it, open style.css, look for:

replace with:

hey my website .. has your theme .. great work guys but the problem is one that when i click on subscribe to feed through email .. feed burner says feed does not allow subscription by email .. although they do but only when using the theme button they wont .. other then that a bigger more serious problem is the related posts under every post they are not showing the thubnails of the post rather they are showing huge images as they were before being adjusted :O
Did you refer to other theme? Crossblock does not have a feedburner subscribe form, if I am not mistaken. Also, please post this topic at the forums, it’s easier for me to provide a fix there.

The problem is : when i activate the “featured content” slideshow, my “home” page is totally white ! All my website disappear !

No user has reported this problem. I tested the latest version of crossblock and its fine for me.

Crossblock do not function with wordpress 2.9
White page blank appears !
Tested and it works. Most likely your plugin is causing the problem. Do you have WP Page-navi plugin?
Try deactivating the plugin one by one.
I have it working on 2.9 and I initially had the blank page problem and found that it was the Google Analyticator plugin. Once that was disabled then it all worked fine.
