To make your blog looks better, you need to include a manual excerpt for every post (like my blog). You can add that while editing or adding new post. You can, however, leave your excerpt empty and wordpress will automatically make an excerpt for you, but all HTML tags would be auto removed.
Post Thumbnail is a square image of size 125 x 125 pixels, shown at blog index, related posts and search.
Post Image is an image of size 550 x 190 pixels, shown at single post page, below the post title.
To beautify your blog, try to include post thumbnails for every post (if possible).
In most cases, not all your featured posts are in the same category. You can create a new category (let’s say I called it : Featured) and choose it as the “Featured Category” at the theme option page.

Some users reported that WP-PageNavi plugin causes the sidebar and footer to be missing. If you have WP-PageNavi plugin installed, you should either deactivate the plugin or remove the built-in WP-PageNavi plugin to avoid conflict.

You have some nice themes. You need to consider branching out with your color schemes, however. All of your themes I viewed have the exact same palette.
there’s no built-in pagenavi option in the theme control panel. where i can disable it ?

Its my fault because I mentioned above that you could deactivae the built-in pagenavi but in fact you couldn’t.
Anyway, you could just deactivate the pagenavi you installed and use the one built-in.
and how i can make tag to work again? all my posts automatically cuts with this theme.
@Dmitry, tags are not theme-dependent. Anyway, what did you mean by cuts? I can only comment if I know the situation.

@Dmitry, not for excerpt. If full post is shown, you can. But that feature is not available for this theme. You can edit it yourself though.

I want to know the thumbnail. I already have soo many images with different size, so now that mean i have to resize those images into 125*125 ? But this will take too much time. I like thumbail so there is any way without resizing image was automatically created a thumbail . Please help
